Why Doesn't Remodeling Room Offer Free Shipping? 

The truth about free shipping is this: It doesn't exist! If a store offers free shipping they are just including the shipping price in the price of the item you are purchasing!

 

Return Policy

We will accept returns of 3 or more full, sealed cartons. All returns will be subjected to a 25% restock charge and freight back to the manufacturer. Please be advised that some manufacturers will not accept returns at all.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

i. Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination.
ii. Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-2 business days
iii. Orders will generally arrive within 3-9 business days, based on shipping address location.
iv. Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.We ship throughout the continental United States.

We have partnered with a US logistics company to help secure the lowest shipping rates possible. Most orders will ship via a LTL carrier with standard residential, curbside, lift gate delivery. You will be contacted by the LTL carrier to arrange an appointment window. At the time of delivery the material will not be carried into your home. Delivery is curbside only. Please be aware it is delivered by tractor trailers and limited access areas may require special arrangements for delivery. Any request to change destination after the material has left will result in additional freight charges to be paid by the customer. The rate will be detirmined by the carrier who has the freight.


Accepting your shipment:

It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment when it is delivered. You cannot sign and let the driver leave until you have inspected it for damage or missing material. If you have damage or missing material please note the delivery paperwork in order for us to properly file the claim with the carrier and get you your replacement material. Please also send us an email or call us to report the damage or missing product within 24 hours.

Damages:


Our cabinets and vanities are packaged to minimize the damage that can occur in transit. That being said, we can't control what happens to your order once the trucking company picks it up. Since we use 3rd party carriers for all of our deliveries, they assume liability for the product once it is picked up.  In the event that a box arrives with visible damage, it is very important to note the damages on the delivery while the driver is present. All visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and vanity tops MUST be opened in front of the driver, otherwise the trucking company will not accept a claim.  If you open the box, and find concealed damage, it MUST be reported within 48 hours to ensure that you can file a claim. If damage is found, it is important to follow the steps below to rectify the situation. If it is not reported within 48 hours, the trucking company will not acknowledge the concealed damage.  If you have damages to your door(s) or face frame(s) we do require you to send the damaged item(s) back to us. We do this to ensure quality control.  Below is a copy of the instructions that are included with your confirmation e-mail.  It is important to print this out and review it before your shipment arrives.
